We are located in the Port of Garrucha, near Mojacar, in Almeria. Our Parasailing activity starts in the port, always with maximum safety.

PARASAILING IN GARRUCHA

Can you imagine the sensation of seeing the coast of Almeria from the heights with a parachute towed by our nautical boat?

Parasailing, also called Paravelismo, is a unique experience full of fun and adrenaline which is based on safely tying a parachute to a boat that gives you speed and height. At a height of more than 100 m the panoramic view of the coasts of Garrucha and Mojácar is totally extraordinary.

This spectacle over the water is for all kinds of people and no previous qualifications or special physical condition is required. In addition, the parachute allows several people to hold on to it, so you can come in a group. All you have to do is enjoy the sensations and get to know the new way of flying.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    1. Who can go Parasailing?

    This is an activity that does not have a minimum or maximum age limit, but it is considered appropriate that the person is over one metre tall. Therefore, it can be a perfect family activity.

     

    There are also no limitations in terms of physical fitness or previous experience, but it is not suitable for people with a fear of heights. For everything else, parasailing is within the reach of almost anyone.

    2. How long does the parasailing activity last?

    The parasailing flight lasts between 10 and 15 minutes per person, but in total the activity can take between an hour and an hour and a half.

     

    Please note that it takes a few minutes to get from Garrucha Harbour to the activity point by boat, plus time for explanation and collection of safety equipment.

    3. What do I need to bring for Parasailing?

    You only need to bring comfortable clothes and a swimming costume, as well as sun cream, a towel and a change of clothes if required.

     

    As for the essential equipment for the activity, lifejacket, helmet and harness, the Laucala team will give you what you need adapted to your size.
